At Camp Bennett Community Association, we're all about families coming together to uplift and learn from one another in a welcoming, supportive environment.
There is so much wisdom in the Sandpoint community. Everyone has that special zone of genius. We aim to facilitate opportunities for our members to impart their wisdom, share insights, and amplify their work. To be the rising tides that lift all boats.

Pursuit: Our Vision for Year-Round Recreation in Sandpoint
Pursuit is our physical fitness project at Camp Bennett.
Through Pursuit, Coach Will is bringing functional movement, parkour-inspired obstacle training, and blaster battles to the property.
From structured youth classes, to family fitness training, and private birthday parties, Pursuit emphasizes joyful, active play as a core element of a healthy family lifestyle.
With indoor and outdoor spaces for the seasons in Sandpoint, we'll help your family foster physical resilience and build strength in a supportive, private setting, accessible only to Camp Bennett Community Association members.
Between the heated indoor gym in our barn for parkour-inspired training and Nerf blaster battles, and the trails and obstacle course we're building in the woods, we're cultivating Camp Bennett to be a place for year-round recreation and athletics open to our member community of families.

The Hygge Retreat: Our Scandi-Modern Guest Home
The Family Vision & Intentional Design
The Hygge Retreat began as a deeply personal project: a beautiful, restorative Guest Home designed for Will's parents and extended family to visit and stay on the property. We partnered with Capra Home Concepts to construct this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with exceptional intentionality, using sustainable building science and prioritizing non-toxic finishes, radiant floor heat, and natural materials for a mold-free home. This attention to detail ensures the home is not merely a place to sleep, but a true sanctuary built on the foundations of health and wellness.
Perfect for Mold Detox & Vitality Respite
While built for family, the Hygge Retreat's unique design principles make it an ideal temporary haven for mold detoxing, and personal restoration. The high-quality environment, featuring a private sauna and hot tub, is perfectly suited for those seeking a quiet retreat for recharging, detoxification, or mental clarity. It offers guests a serene, comfortable base aligned with our mission of intentional living. Its unique setting provides a peaceful, nature-based backdrop for your recreational stay in the Sandpoint area.

We are excited to share this unique space with the wider Camp Bennett community when our family is not in residence. The Hygge Retreat will be available for booking this winter. We are the Bennetts. Will, Meredith, Margo, Samuel and Clark.
Welcome to Camp Bennett! This land is our beloved family property in Selle Valley, just outside Sandpoint, Idaho. And Camp Bennett Community Association is our mission to equip strong men, secure women, and resilient children.
As parents, our goal is to bravely raise our children to become capable, caring adults with the self-confidence, independence, life skills, and relationships to thrive and enjoy a healthy, prosperous life here in Sandpoint, Idaho.
For our entire adult life, we've dedicated our personal work to creating "farm-to-table-to-fitness experiences," as we called them in our twenties. Where we gather friends, family, community together for nourishment, teach each other skills, create new connections, and play outside.
Since moving to Sandpoint in 2021, we have been constantly blown away by all the incredible people in this town. All of us are so blessed to live in a place with so many brave parents raising their kids with strong family values. A town where every stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet.
